What do Laundry Symbols mean? Use your iPhone to find out

Laundry symbols can be a pain in the ass when you don’t know what they mean.  But did you know you can use your iPhone to help decipher them?

Here’s how:

1. Take a picture of the laundry tag symbols with your iPhone, make sure the laundry symbols are visible clearly and the photo is not blurry
2. Open the Photos app and go to the picture you just took of the laundry symbols
3. Tap on the picture and look for the (i) info button that looks like an ‘I’ with a circle around it to access Visual Look Up
4. Tap “Look up laundry care”
5. You’ll see a translation of what the laundry symbols mean, directly on your iPhone in the Photos app
6. That’s it.

A handy little feature that I bet you didn’t know existed until now.
