Web site MacRumors.com has obtained a memo that’s going to all Apple Authorized Service Providers informing them that the company is working on a fix to address the battery drain issues that most watch users are currently experiencing with watchOS.
MacRumors states:
In the memo, which MacRumors obtained from multiple sources, Apple said the issue will be fixed in a watchOS update that is “coming soon.” Apple did not provide any additional details in the memo, so it is unclear what the underlying cause of the issue is, how many customers are affected, and if every Apple Watch model is impacted.
We’ll keep you informed when we hear anything else regarding this matter.
