For security reasons, recovering an Apple ID and/or password can take several days, leaving some users frustrated and sometimes send multiple requests to the company hoping that will “hurry them up” with the necessary information.

Now Apple has issued an order, effective immediately, to iCloud personnel to cancel any user that has multiple password reset requests, no exceptions.
