Last Thursday, there were reports coming from major sources that nearly 80% of Twitter’s workforce had left the company in protest to Elon Musk’s memo, stating that the staff either pledged to work with Twitter and get ready for long and intense hours, or leave the company.

Reports were coming in from major news sources such as the New York Times that Twitter was on the verge of collapse from lack of personnel and could crash at anytime.

Well, as of 10:45am Eastern, the social network was still online and seems to be working fine.

Twitter’s current CEO is looking for a replacement that can take over the daily tasks of running the social media company.
