Apple has once again expanded the retail pickup options available from its online store. Most recently, pickup coverage grew to include New York City. The option is now available across California, where previously only the state’s Bay Area Apple Stores were eligible locations. The program started with just three San Francisco outlets. Apple has expanded its online ordering, in-store pickup option to its New York City stores. Â It was just last week when the company launched the option in its San Francisco, CA stores.
As anticipated, Apple has begun a pilot program offering retail pickup for online orders. The option must be selected during the checkout process at Apple’s online store.
