Rumor: Microsoft to release 7-inch "XBox Surface" Tablet

We’re getting reports that Microsoft has been working on another tablet.  The rumored device has been described as a “7 inch tablet” and is to be named “XBox Surface” or something similar.

Although the source could not pin point a release date for the device, they did say that Microsoft would be announcing it “soon.”
