We’re getting reports that Microsoft has been working on another tablet. Â The rumored device has been described as a “7 inch tablet” and is to be named “XBox Surface” or something similar. Although the source could not pin point a release date for the device, they did say that Microsoft would be announcing it “soon.”

According to unconfirmed reports, Microsoft’s biggest OEM partner, HP, has decided to scrap plans to build its own Windows RT Tablet-based computer – this after Microsoft recently announced its own tablet device. We’re working our sources, and will issue updates as we know more.
