Ever since Windows 11 was announced, questions have arisen as too an older PC would be able to run Windows 11 when it comes out in 2022. So Microsoft created an app to let end users know if their machine would be able to upgrade.
Unfortunately, running the app (as we did on one of our Windows machines) would sometimes show confusing or even wrong results, causing a panic with Windows 10 users, who had a newer machine.
Well, as of 11:00am Eastern on 06/29/2021, the utility is no longer available and Microsoft has even issued an apology for the confusion on the necessary specs.
Wonder why????
