iOS 16: How to UNSEND a text in Messages on iPhone

We’ve all been there. We texted something to a friend and wished we hadn’t. Now iOS 16 gives you the ability to actually unsend a message to someone who also has iOS 16 installed.  You can unsend the message in the first 15 minutes after you’ve originally sent it.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the message that you wish to unsend.
2. Tap and hold the message bubble.
3. A drop down menu appears.
4. Tap “Undo Send.”
5. The message will unsend itself and delete from the receiver’s phone.
6. That’s it.

As far as we can tell, iOS is the only one that offers this unique feature.
