If you’re like me, then you use email all the time.  But sometimes, we get emails that are obvious its not from anyone that we know, which is usually known as Junk Mail, a.k.a. Spam.

If you use Apple Mail, there is a way to mark those messages as Spam “on the fly”.

Here’s how:

  • Select the email you wish to mark as Spam.
  • Click the “Junk Mail” icon in the upper icon bar (see image below).
  • The email will be marked as Spam and be immediately deleted.
  • That’s it.
