Do you know How to Dismiss a phone call on Apple Watch quickly?

For those of us who have an Apple Watch, we’ve been in a meeting and get a phone call.  Sure, we can dismiss the call by tapping on the red button, but for those of us who have fat fingers, their  is a faster way.

When a call comes in, put the palm of your hand over the watch face.  The call will immediately go to Voice Mail.
