Has Apple Abandoned the Mac?

Last week, news web site MacRumors.com sent an email asking that very question. As anyone that follows Apple knows, the Mac lineup has been overdue for an upgrade for more than a year. It seems that Apple and its CEO, Tim Cook, has indeed lost interest in the computer that had put them on the map years ago.

So, they emailed the one person that could give them the answer that we’re all seeking and wanting to know. After sometime, Tim Cook actually answered them with a glimmer of hope, and seen below:

So, there you have it – right from the CEO himself. As to when we will see them? Some rumors suggest an October or November media event. In the word of Tim Cook – “Stay Tuned.“
