Error: Can’t Lock Note – Notes with Tags Cannot be Locked Error on Mac

Have you ever wanted to lock a note in the Notes app on Mac and got the above error?  There’s a very simple fix for that!

• Don’t put a hashtag (#) inside the note. Hashtags are used to tag notes.
• That’s it.
