Cord Cutters who use Over-The-Air Antennas may have to re-scan their TV Channels

For those of us who have TV channels that are over-the-air (OTA), and are missing a few of them, users have to rescan those channels because some of them will be moving to different frequencies and channel numbers.  This move is to make way for 5G internet and other services that may need new frequencies to provide faster services.
