Apple offers 'iPhone eligibility check' web page

A day after the new iPhone announcement, Apple is offering the ability for users to check and see if they can upgrade to the newest iPhone right from there web site.

The site will ask for the user’s cell phone number.  The site will then determine if that user can get the new device at the cell provider’s ‘discount’.
