MacRumors.com has confirmed that Apple will be ending their “One-To-One” (and other related) programs sometime in the near future. This is being done to make way for other “future options” that the company is going to be providing.
The One-To-One program costs $99.00 a year and allowed new Mac users to get one-on-one training with a certified Mac Genius.
