Walmart selling iPhone 5C ($79.00), iPhone 5S ($189.00)

According to CBS News, Walmart is selling the iPhone 5C for $79.00 and the soon to be released iPhone 5S for $189.00.  What’s the catch?  Both require a 2 year contract with the company that you wish to have cell service through.
