The Bleacher Report is reporting that ex Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has won the bidding for the LA Clippers for a reported 2 Billion dollars.  However, several reporters at ESPN have Twitted that Donald Sterling’s lawyer Max Blecher tells ESPN he has not signed off on any sale.
