JavaLogoAccording to Apple’s own customer discussion forums and Mac French web site MacGenerations (Google Translation), the company has once again remotely disabled any updates to the latest update for Java 7.

The reason for this action is currently not known.  But it is rumored that Oracle did not fix all of the security holes that prompted Apple to do the same thing about a month ago.

If you have downloaded and installed this update, it should already be disabled on your Mac (Windows users are a different story, however).
