The longer we use email, the more email mailing lists we seem to join. And before we know it, our email mailbox is filling up with junk mail, or email that you’re no longer interested in. Fortunately, Apple Mail makes it easy to unsubscribe to most of those lists.
When an email from a list comes in, Apple Mail will place a message at the top of it which says “This message is from a mailing list”, along with an “unsubscribe” link. Clicking on this link will remove you from the list. You can do that with each mailing list you wish to unsubscribe too.
