How to find your Mac’s Serial Number (Plus a Bonus Tip)

Sometimes, you may need to find your Mac’s Serial Number.

Here’s how:

1. From the desktop, click   > About This Mac.
2. From that window, find where it says Serial Number.
3. That’s it.

To find other information about your Mac, click the More Information button.
