If you would like to change the time format on the Amazon Echo from 12 to 24 hours (or visa-versa)
Here’s how:
- Open the Alexa app
. - Select Devices
. - Select your Echo Dot with clock device.
This opens device settings.
- Under General, select LED Display.
- Turn 24-Hour Clock on or off.
