[Update]: FaceBook is down for most users

FaceBook and its other social networks has been offline for most of the day Monday for unknown reasons.  Reports are coming in that this has been the worse shutdown period for the social network since 2008.

No word on what caused the outage.  Stay tuned for further updates.

19:30 – Parts of FaceBook and its other networks is slowly coming back online.
