With the continued spread of the Coronavirus, companies have been forced to come up with creative ways to assist current and future customers, and Apple is no exception.

Similar to booking an appointment with a genius, Apple is now allowing customers to book an appointment with a product specialist that’ll assist with purchasing questions.

Appointments can be booked via the Apple Store app.  Customers search for the nearest store, then select the “shop with a specialist” option.  Appointments are usually in 10-15 increments, and ask that a person show up 5-10 minutes before the appointment.
