Apple has told its stores in Vienna and the country of Austria to re-open its doors on May 5th. However, these (and other stores) will have limited hours and focus on pick ups, purchases and repairs. Any direct sales and customer support would be done via Apple’s own web site until further notice.
This outline would likely be for some of the other Apple Stores that may open up within the coming weeks or months.
