Apple pushes out iOS 13.1.3 with bug fixes for Phone, Mail, Health, and others

Mid Tuesday, Apple pushed out yet another update to its iOS devices.

iOS 13.1.3 fixes some bugs with most of its apps, including Mail, Health, Phone and others.

It’s recommended that all users update to this version as soon as possible.
