iPadProandUSBCableReports have been coming in to both AppleScoop and Apple’s main support discussion boards about a problem with the iPad Pro becoming unresponsive after a full charge, requiring the user to do a hard reset of the device (hold down its power and home buttons until one sees the Apple logo).

Now, Apple has unacknowledged the problem by issuing this support document about the problem, which suggests the above fix.  The document also states that it is looking into the problem, and “is investigating.”
