New discoveries have suggested that AT&T, and possibly Apple, will be tight on supply but open with exchanges once iPhone 4S orders start. Training notes allegedly reveal that, during the launch phase, only one phone will be allowed per person, no matter what their upgrade status. Last year, ModMyi noted in its sighting, Apple had allowed getting two iPhone 4 models.
