Warning: Possible spoilers ahead!
For anyone that knows me, they know I am a big Sci-Fi fan with franchises such as Star Trek, Star Wars, Space 1999, UFO, and even Netflix’s Lost in Space.
With all the talk about how Disney has screwed up the Star Wars franchise – when the company came out with another Star Wars themed serial on their Disney + Streaming Service called The Mandalorian, I HAD to check it out.
The story deals with a lone gunfighter who is making its way through the Galaxy after the fall of the Empire. Â He gets a job where he has to retrieve this Yoda-like character for his customer. Â While he finds what he’s looking for, they’re situations that they both run into that makes the story interesting and makes the viewer want to come back for more.
This one show could save both Disney + and the Star Wars franchise IF the powers that be (such as Kathleen Kennedy) doesn’t try and get her paws into the storyline and tries to interject her political bias into the story, such as she did with other Star Wars projects.
Bottom line: A very good story that’ll be worth checking out.
