According to a recent conversation between a Twitter user named Eli Hodapp, who sent a Tweet to Apple Support about his brand new Apple Watch with the Solo Loop note fitting, the company told Mr. Hodapp that’s he must return the entire watch and the band in question in order to obtain the correct watch band.

Web site AppleInsider.com shared some of the interaction between Mr. Hodapp and Apple Support:

“My choices are deal with the wrong sized band, or return the entire thing (watch and band) then re-order one size down which will not arrive until late November,” he said in a tweet. “I wish I could figure out why the Apple product experience once you get anywhere near support is a complete nightmare.”
