JCPenney issues ad: "It's no secret"

What does JCPenney have to do with Apple?  When the company makes an ad issuing an apology for the “mistakes that they made” under now fired (and former head of Apple retail stores) Ron Johnson.

The TV ad appeared last evening on major TV Networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX.
