How to show the “Uptime” of your Mac

Ever wonder how long your Mac has been running?  Its easy to find out via the Terminal.

To see the uptime of your Mac:

1.  Go in to the TERMINAL (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal).
2. At the prompt, type: uptime
3. You’ll get the following output:
