This morning, I was clearing out dupes out of my iTunes Library on another computer. When I got to another computer, I noticed a new icon next to a song.
After investigating, I found out that not only can you delete a song from you local library, you can also delete it from the Cloud as well.
However, if you have other Mac or Windows on the same account and do not delete a song from that local library, the icon will show up meaning the song is no longer in the cloud and is no longer available to download from the cloud.
