CNBC’s Kayla Tausche confirms Facebook is preparing to file a $5 Billion IPO tomorrow morning. The lead underwriter is Morgan Stanley. Other bookrunners will be Goldman, Barclays, BofA–Merrill Lynch & JPMorgan.
