Amazon has sent a notice to all registered customers about an issue with the Amazon Photos service. Â Below is the information:
Dear Amazon Photos Customer,
On Nov 25th we experienced issues in our service where some customers had difficulty in uploading photos and videos through our apps. Our services are now fully restored and if you were affected, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In most cases you should not need to do anything and your pending photo and video uploads will get backed up automatically. If you suspect you still have an issue, please download the latest version of the Amazon Photos app(s) and retry the backup.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are still experiencing any problems.
