The course website and YouTube playlist now host all 16 lectures, providing a comprehensive resource for students interested in learning the basics of iOS development.

Since 2020, Stanford University has been sharing videos and supporting materials for CS193p on YouTube and its website. This initiative has significantly expanded the course’s reach compared to its previous publication on iTunes U.

Over the past few weeks, Stanford has gradually uploaded lecture videos and supporting materials for the Spring 2025 version of CS193p.

As of today, the complete set of content for all 16 lectures is accessible on the course website and through a dedicated YouTube playlist.

It’s important to note that the course was recorded before the release of iOS 26 and Xcode 26. While the code written during the course appears mostly compatible, there are some limitations. Notably, Xcode 26 introduced built-in LLM assistance, and iOS 26 introduced Liquid Glass in the UI, which are not covered in the videos.

Despite these limitations, CS193p remains highly recommended by experienced developers. It’s an excellent starting point for individuals interested in entering the field of iOS development.
