Mac: How to Proof Read Emails in MacOS Sequoia

Here’s how:

1. Write the email as normal.
2. When you’re done, highlight the entire email (or the paragraph(s) you wish to proof read).
3. Right click on it and select “Writing Tools > Proofread”.
4. The computer will proof read the email and show you any error(s) you ma have.
5. Then you’ll have an option to  correct these errors.
6. That’s it.
