As people use video conferencing more because of the Pandemic, services have been overwhelmed with requests and traffic.

On Monday morning at 9:07 A.M. Eastern Time, there were more than 12,000 reports of problems on the video conferencing service on Down Detector.

Zoom has acknowledged the problem and is working on a fix, according to its status page.
