How to Turn OFF Apple Mail Categories in MacOS Sequoia 15.4

Apple introduced a new way to sort your email in Apple Mail into Categories for easier retrieval. If you find this new option annoying (like I do) you can disable it and go back to the uncategory option.

Here’s how:

1. On the Mac, open Apple Mail.
2. At the top of the window, look for the More button (a circle with three dots inside).
3. Uncheck “Show Mail Categories”.\
4. That’s it. 

Maybe I’ll use it someday….Just not now.
