Your Apple Watch can alert you if your heart rate gets too high or low.

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Open the watch app on the iPhone.
  2. Scroll down to the Heart Section.
  3. Make sure that the “high heart rate” and “low heart rate” are turned ON.
  4. Choose the numbers for your high and low heart rate.
  5. That’s it. 

I can personally say that this feature does work.
