If you’re running MacOS, then you have the ability to have more than one app shown on the screen.  This is known as “Split Screen” and its simple (and handy) to do.

Here’s how:

  • Open more than one app on your Mac.
  • Go up to the upper-right of the window to where the three (3) “buttons” are located.
  • Click and hold the last button (the 3rd from the right) until the windows shrinks.
  • You’ll see other apps on the right side of the screen.
  • Click on an app on the right side of the screen to bring it to the other half of the screen.
  • You’re now in split screen mode, and can share information between the two windows.

Side Note:

If you’re running MacOS 10.15, this option is even easier to implement as it “walks you through” the above steps.
