This tip sounds like a no-brainer. But you’d be surprised at how many people don’t know that this tip is available on all new iPhones and Apple Watches. In order for this tip to work, the user must activate Siri either manually or with the “Hey Siri” option. This tip will assume that a user has the “Hey Siri” option enabled.
How to make a call with a contact in your Contacts:
- “Hey Siri, call Joe Smith” (If the contact has multiple numbers, Siri will ask for the one you wish to call).
- This option will also work with the text-to-Siri option.
How to make a call without someone being in your Contacts:
- “Hey Siri, call 555-555-1234.”
