The Command Center in iOS 11 is a great addition.  But some iPhone cases makes it harder for a user to swipe up from the bottom to activate it.  Fortunately, Apple has made it easier for users to get to this and other most used commands.  Here’s how to activate it:

  1. Go into SETTINGS > GENERAL > ACCESSIBILITY.
  2. Scroll down until you see the AssistiveTouch option.
  3. Flip the AssistiveTouch option ON.
  4. You’ll see a gray square with a white circle appear on the right side of the screen.
  5. By tapping it, you’ll see another menu pop-out.
  6. Tap Control Center.
  7. The Control Center will come up from the bottom.

The gray square can be moved around on the screen to get it out of the way from other menu options.
