Apple Pay launches in Spain

Apple Pay has officially launched in Spain.  The service is now available to customers of Banco Santander, with support for both debit and credit cards, alongside cards issued by Amex, Carrefour and Ticket Restaurant.

This brings the total number of Apple Pay countries to 13, which are:

• Australia
• Canada
• China
• France
• Hong Kong
• Japan
• New Zealand
• Russia
• Singapore
• Spain
• Switzerland
• UK
• USA
